Nisar is the co-director of Ridgell & Guildway Accountants Ltd. He is a registered member in practise of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Nisar has over 25 years experience working in senior financial positions including Finance Director, Head of Finance for IT, property and housing companies and has worked for a range of successful business.

Alexandra is the co-director of Ridgell & Guildway Accountants and Office Manager.  As a non-accountant, she is the one behind the scenes, and is responsible for HR, media and marketing… as well as a few other bits.

With over 30 years in customer services and 10 in SEO and promotional marketing, her first office job was with the then popular and leading-edge technology company Psion.  Psion is where she learnt about systems, developed an eye for improving theses, and learnt the code for the new most amazing world wide web, with which to support partners and distribution networks globally.

Since then she has moved predominantly within the realms of customer services, web site development and marketing in sectors ranging from technology, print and fmcg.  She aims to bring these skills and a wealth of experience to Ridgell & Guildway Accountants.

Johannes is responsible for managing operational processes, administration and internal controls that support the businesses mission – ensuring that the day-to-day business and financial operations run effectively and efficiently. This involves planning and implementing production processes to improve quality, productivity, and performance.

Working as part of a team over 12+ years with Ridgell & Guildway Accountants, Johannes has developed strong relationships with our clients, providing personalised accounting services with the aim of enhancing client business activities. He brings a wealth of experience and care when dealing with Payroll, VAT Returns, Tax Returns, Accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.

Johannes has been directly involved with training the junior staff, helping them work towards their qualification which he found a rewarding, and would be happy to work through any queries, helping you manage data to help you make decisions about your business.

Rob has over 12 years Accounting experience, initially working for former Michelin star chef Anton Mosimann OBE at Mosimann’s, progressing onto Caprice Holdings as a Management Accountant, overseeing prestigious private member’s clubs in Mayfair, such as Annabel’s, Mark’s Club and The Ivy.
Rob’s role within the company includes Accounts preparation for Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders, VAT Return as well as any ad-hoc reporting required by our clients, allowing him to explore his advanced highly enviable technical abilities on Microsoft Excel.

Interests

• He is an avid Tennis player which keeps him fit and competitive…and sometimes rather sore.
  Loves an Post-Apocalyptic book/movie
  And does a bit of scuba diving.

David Barry has been with Ridgell & Guildway Accountants for 4 years. As Payroll Manager he manages client’s workplace pensions, CIS and P11D. In addition he supports the team with VAT Returns and Bookkeeping with care and attention.

He has also dealt with HMRC on behalf of clients, gathering supporting evidence and showing great persistence, and is happy to help clients with their sales invoicing and any queries relating to his areas of expertise.

Working as part of a team he has developed strong relationships with our clients and the local community, providing a friendly, helpful source of advice for them to rely on.

His interests are walking, reading and tabletop wargaming.
